This year the Christmas decorations seem to have set a new record for the earliest they have been put up. While I cannot say I feel at all festive I have seen over the years that people who started a fitness drive before the holiday period, went on to get some really good results. 

I always have a person or two start training just before Christmas, who find they still enjoy the holidays and eat Christmas foods etc, but they do much better than if they had waited to January. 

A Month to Make a Difference

If you look at the calendar then Christmas week begins on the December 22nd meaning we have just over a month from here, 5 weeks to put in a fitness drive and to set the tone not just for the holidays, but also the start of 2026. So what can you do in that month?
