Most people have heard of the Couch to 5km running programme, which has helped millions of people start jogging. It works not because of some magical techniques within it but because it treats you like a real person and gradually builds your effort over a couple of months.
Couch to Cloud 9 goes way beyond running, it is focused on creating body, health or overall fitness transformations, using my experience from helping people for decades.
Over the years I have seen the same pattern repeat. People try to change everything at once. They go too hard, get overwhelmed, get sore, bored or hungry, then stop. Couch to Cloud 9 is designed to do the opposite. Small daily actions, sensible progression, and enough flexibility that real life does not derail it.
The programme is delivered through short daily videos. Nothing long, nothing complicated. Each day you are told what to focus on, why it matters, and how to do it without turning your life upside down. It covers movement, fitness, food behaviour, habits, mindset and the stuff that normally trips people up. It is a gradual build towards being fitter, healthier and more capable, without the constant feeling that you are failing.
What Does This Mean For You
I am opening Couch to Cloud 9 to a small group and letting people access it for free. It is based on decades of coaching experience, not theory, and it is designed to work for real people with busy lives. I want to you to experience it fully before I expand it out. Long time readers may remember a video programme I ran back in 2017 that worked well for many of you, this is a much more refined and comprehensive version of that idea.
